Pediatric Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), night shift position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • ~ 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty).
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
