Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, 0.9 FTE (36 working hours per week), night shift position. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in pediatric nursing principles and practices. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
