Abrazo West Campus is seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our Labor and Delivery team in a Full Time Night Shift position.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Labor and Delivery unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines.
  • Acts as a supervisor, assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgment in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.
  • Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.
  • Participates in hourly rounding and observes safety guidelines and safe work practices.
  • May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervises other members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable by Facility/by Department.
  • Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
  • Preferred experience: 1 year of acute care experience or new graduate.
  • Preferred certifications: Certification in specialty area of practice.
