Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope of work, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and construction teams
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
  • Monitor and control project costs, including change orders and extra work
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction and multi-family development
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including ProCore
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
