We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch administrative and organizational support for our Branch office, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Corporate Office. This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join The Lake Doctors team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our Branch office, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Corporate Office.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using excellent communication skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and perform data entry duties.
- Shipping and Receiving: Handle shipping, receiving, and other postal duties with precision and care.
- Financial Management: Process invoices, manage accounts, and maintain financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintenance products as needed.
- Accounting: Perform basic accounting tasks, including checkbook ledger management, bill payment, and expense reporting.
- Branch Maintenance: Ensure the Branch office is well-organized and clean.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Two years of related experience in an administrative role required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PC software applications.
- Skill Set: Excellent customer service, organizational, planning, and time management skills required.
