Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vital signs, patient questionnaire intake, and data entry with precision and accuracy.
  • Assist providers with patient care services and customer service as needed.
  • Maintain all patient care-related documentation in hard copy and/or electronic medical records.
  • Demonstrate skill in clinical duties such as vitals, health history, and other clinical duties as directed by clinicians.
  • Manage and perform multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing patient and provider needs.

Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • One of the two certifications: Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant through the American Medical Technologists (AMT).
  • Preferred: one or more years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
