Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide administrative support to our office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to our Servicing and Post-Closing teams.
- Ensure seamless office operations by coordinating supplies, shipping, and mail.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong Spanish speaking skills required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
