Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare professionals with examination and treatment of patients
- Complete intake and prepare patients for healthcare visits
- Document vital signs and populate electronic medical records
- Perform point-of-care tests and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (e.g. Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT)
- Nationally recognized certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
- Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
- 1-3 years of experience in Family or Pediatrics
