Job Title: Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with examination and treatment of patients
  • Complete intake and prepare patients for healthcare visits
  • Document vital signs and populate electronic medical records
  • Perform point-of-care tests and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited healthcare program (e.g. Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT)
  • Nationally recognized certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
  • Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems
  • 1-3 years of experience in Family or Pediatrics
