Job Title: Occupational Therapist Assistant

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized plans of care that promote patient independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services as ordered by the attending physician
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the Occupational Therapist of any changes
  • Develop and implement plans of care to improve patient functional status
  • Counsel patients and families on disease management and proper use of equipment
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of employment
  • Minimum one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
