In this role, the Product Solutions Consultant engages directly with clients to identify their unique product requirements and offers pricing estimates for specific installations before coordinating service appointments.
The Product Solutions Consultant is an integral part of the sales team, collaborating closely with the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily to highlight specialized product offerings and installation services.
- Evaluate each project for appropriate sizing, color selections, and placement prior to scheduling installation.
- Keep accurate prepayment records and update customers on the status of their projects.
- Coordinate installation appointments with the designated service personnel.
- Oversee daily parts logistics and receive necessary components for installations.
- Inspect vehicles to confirm correct parts are ordered.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Possibly cross-train to assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with RV or camping products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in daily computer use and internet navigation.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
- Familiarity with service department protocols is preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Willingness to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as required.
Compensation Overview:
The salary range for this position considers various factors, including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. Typically, new hires do not start at the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions are based on the factors mentioned. The estimated variable compensation range is between $10,000 and $30,000 annually.
Pay Range:
$14.00 - $16.33 Hourly
