Job Title: Integrated Marketing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Integrated Marketing Consultant to join our team at Alpha Media. As a key member of our Integrated Sales division, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing clients through customized marketing solutions that integrate multiple channels of marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that meet client objectives, including branding and awareness, building engagement, and conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our Radio and Digital Services teams to achieve client objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze and coordinate with our execution team to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including web traffic, CPA, engagement rates, and ROI/ROAS.
  • Embrace and champion company initiatives and utilize tools provided to succeed.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment, with a strong emphasis on stress tolerance and adaptability.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a focus on marketing and sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior broadcast industry experience, with a strong understanding of sales concepts and sales software.
  • General knowledge of digital marketing, including mobile and programmatic digital advertising.
