Job Description
As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) or RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family
  • Maintaining primary control and professional management of each patient
  • Acting as primary liaison between physician, patient/family, and hospice team
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a generous paid time off policy and opportunities for career growth and development.

About You
We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care. As a successful candidate, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
