About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager, Accessories to join our team at BRUNT Workwear. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our end-to-end accessories strategy, aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the accessories product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the product creation process from brief to production, collaborating with Design and Development to ensure product calendar and GTM milestones are met.
  • Utilize customer insights data to validate product decisions, track performance, and optimize the accessories portfolio based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to bring new accessories to market and ensure customer experience teams are fully briefed on new product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically accessories product lines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods market with outdoor or trades work, including trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing end-to-end product strategies.
  • Influence at all levels of organization (above and below).
  • Possess a willingness to get into the details.
  • Ability to handle many work-streams and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management and other decision-maker stakeholders.
