Employee Experience Manager

As an Employee Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects these values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver policies, procedures, and tools to support managers and employees.
- Conduct investigations, provide coaching and counseling, and facilitate disciplinary actions as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
- Develop and manage budgets to support People and Culture initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in various facets of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Experience interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and making business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
