Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver policies, procedures, and tools to support managers and employees.
  • Conduct investigations, provide coaching and counseling, and facilitate disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
  • Develop and manage budgets to support People and Culture initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in various facets of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and making business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
