Respiratory Therapy Lead

The Respiratory Therapy Lead position at the Anne Carlsen Center is a critical role in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall operations of the Respiratory Therapy Department, performing pulmonary assessments, testing techniques, treatment, case management, control, and care for infants, pediatrics, and young adults with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiorespiratory systems.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, modify, and coordinate respiratory treatment plans
- Evaluate equipment settings, make adjustments, and recommendations as needed
- Complete diagnostic respiratory testing for clients at ACC
- Work with nursing staff and physicians to best meet the respiratory and overall needs of the individuals served
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory care program
- Current, unencumbered license from the State of North Dakota as a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
- 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- BLS certification
- Valid Driver's License
- 3-5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
- PALS certification
- Experience with respiratory equipment such as CPT, suction, pulse oximeters, ventilators, HFNC, heated/cool mists, cough assist, CPAP/Bilevel, Oxygen analyzers, End tidal CO2 monitor, Bernoulli alarm system, concentrators, and nebulizers
