We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team at Phase three Brands, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have prior restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple employees, maintaining high food quality standards, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage shifts effectively, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service and drive results through your team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop new crew members, focusing on company procedures and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality, controlling temperatures, and ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
  • Manage cash handling, counting tills, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct regular inspections, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sales performance.
Requirements:

  • Prior restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
