About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Wedgewood, a leading real estate investment and development company. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming distressed properties into revitalized homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties for occupancy and assess their condition and quality prior to acquisition.
  • Support the Acquisitions team by bidding at local courthouses as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Design team and Area Manager to develop a game plan for each property.
  • Select and manage contractors, and build relationships with new contractors/subs/vendors.
  • Resolve complex property issues, manage contractors and vendors, and advise the regional Area Manager on property status.
  • Drive inventory regularly and check on properties to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Manage 10 to 30 projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare homes for listing and collaborate with the Wedgewood Homes Realty team during resale.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management and single-family home remodels is preferred, with 1-5 years of experience ideal.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with Construction Management a plus.
  • Experience in real estate or appraising is ideal.
  • Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and applications, including iPads, Outlook, and basic Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take initiative, and think on the go.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$105,000 annually based on experience, with eligibility for an Annual Discretionary bonus of 10-25% of base salary (based on KPIs) and unlimited compensation potential on Quarterly Production Bonuses.
