Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in our assisted living facility. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in resident care planning and implementation, ensuring individualized care plans are met.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field; experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds; ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
