We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process debit and credit transactions while adhering to established policies and procedures, ensuring a reliable balancing record.

- Address client needs by offering a range of services, including account openings, counter checks, account maintenance, ATM card issuance, money transfers, and loan payment processing.

- Resolve client issues through direct action or by referring them to appropriate branch or bank resources.

- Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in cashiering, customer service, or related fields.


Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.; 40 hours per week.


Requirements:

- Basic understanding of mathematics, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.

- Strong balancing and customer service skills.

- Ability to cross-sell banking products based on client needs.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
