We are seeking a skilled Bartender-PT to join our team at Magnolia Omaha. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by crafting and serving a wide range of beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by creating and serving unique and traditional cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
- Build relationships with our guests by sharing your knowledge of our menu offerings, services, and amenities.
- Orchestrate a fun and positive environment by providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Work collaboratively with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Certifications: County-specific Food Handlers Certification, State-specific alcohol certification, and/or TIPS certification required.
- Personal qualities: A people person with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a flexible schedule, and the ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy.
