Location: Asheville, NC

Work Schedule:
  • Shifts available as needed
  • Day, evening, and overnight shifts
  • Weekdays and weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Retirement plan with company matching

Salary:
  • LPN starting at $31.50 per hour, with increases based on experience
  • RN starting at $34.00 per hour, with increases based on experience
  • Additional shift differentials for evening and night shifts

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct blood draws, monitor vital signs, and provide first aid
  • Manage medication refills and orders
  • Prepare medications and assess eligibility for self-administration
  • Educate residents about their medications
  • Evaluate residents with physical health concerns and coordinate external appointments
  • Perform necessary health screenings, including FBG and drug tests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of health records and appointments
  • Provide crisis intervention and assist with hospitalizations as required
  • Collaborate with health specialists regarding dietary and supplement needs
  • Complete all required documentation for resident care changes

Qualifications:
  • Genuine interest in mental health treatment
  • Previous experience in psychiatric settings preferred
  • Knowledge of psychiatric medications
  • Current NC licensure as an LPN or RN
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
