Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining our reputation as a premier provider of endoscopic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Clinical Operations Team: Supervise and manage the clinical operations team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining our reputation as a premier provider of endoscopic services.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage Clinical Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of clinical staff, including nurses, technicians, and other support personnel.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Ensure that all clinical operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Physicians: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the clinical operations budget and resources, ensuring that all expenses are aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- BS or Equivalent Degree: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current RN License: Current RN license in the state of New York.
- Experience in GI Endoscopy: Minimum 5 years of experience in GI endoscopy, with a focus on clinical operations and management.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on team management and development.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
