Director of Nursing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at NYC Health + Hospitals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of nursing and patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes in nursing and patient care areas.
- Develop and execute project plans to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and professional standards of care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of high-level responsible experience in nursing administration, with three years in a hospital setting.
- Current licensure as a Professional Nurse in New York State.
