Position SummaryWe are seeking skilled CNC Operators at various levels for our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will engage in precision machining tasks within a collaborative team setting, utilizing innovative processes and materials to cater to diverse industries including aerospace, defense, and medical.
Key Responsibilities- Execute CNC operations, including machine setup, tooling, and operation for both turning and multi-axis milling.
- Manufacture components to specified tolerances based on technical drawings, BOMs, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all relevant Quality Management System procedures and documentation.
- Follow established process routing and conduct inspections, accurately recording results as necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and maintain a clean work environment after each shift.
- Proven experience in precision CNC machining across various materials.
- Preferred experience in milling (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis) and turning operations.
- Completion of an apprenticeship or an Associate's Degree is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions effectively.
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in algebra, geometry, and measurement techniques.
