Airport Operations Manager

The Airport Operations Manager will prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
This role will also analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

Appearance Guidelines
Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times, even when working behind the scenes.
The Company policy requires that each employee's dress, grooming, and personal hygiene be appropriate to the work situation and consistent with the Company's business standards.
With the exception of a fully grown mustache, conservative in nature and not extending below the lower lip, all men must be clean shaven.
No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management.
Clean and well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
Additional requirements as specified by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably with work experience within an Airport environment or the Airline industry.
- Ability to maintain strong partnerships with our partners.
- Experience in interviewing, selection, training, scheduling, and payroll.
- Ability to use the current technology.
- Ability to meet deadlines within tight time constraints.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Some college.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
- Experience working within tight time constraints and meeting all deadlines.
- Excellent customer service/problem-solving skills.
