We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Prep Cook to join our team at Washington Regan National Airport. As a Prep Cook, you'll play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to exacting standards, adhering to recipes and product directions.
  • Follow production prep lists and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient supply and equipment requisitioning.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, and other equipment.
  • Wash, slice, and peel items on the prep list, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling.
  • Adhere to all brand standards, including those related to food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and food items as needed, and assist with ordering and planning food supplies.
  • Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from safety hazards.
