Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Manager. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our Hospice program, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hospice Director in establishing and monitoring compliance with standards to ensure patient/client and field employee expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop, evaluate, and supervise a group of qualified clinicians and caregivers.
- Responsible for creating an environment that is conducive to achieving professional goals among the employees through training and educational resources.
- Supervise all clinical operations in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as policies, procedures, and standards of Interim Hospice.
- Assist with the analysis and evaluation of the clinical operations to ensure standards are adhered to and the organization is achieving its expected results in accordance with the business plan and mission.
- Directs and supervises the services provided by the field staff clinicians assigned to care for patients/families during business hours and after-hours.
Requirements:
- Licensed registered nurse (RN) in South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
- RN license is active and in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited school for applicable discipline.
- One (1) year hospice nursing experience.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
- Previous management experience preferred.
