Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direction of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:
  • Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required.
  • Ability to work on your feet in a humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
  • Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 30+ pounds frequently.
  • Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
  • 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
