Job Overview:

This role is part of our Sales Team, responsible for supporting customer outreach and generating sales prospects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to interact with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents through e-CRM systems.
  • Sales Analysis: Identify sales trends and collaborate with account managers to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Order Management: Process orders efficiently, handle rush orders, and review pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflow.
  • Research and Development: Conduct online research to stay updated on industry information, scholarly websites, and other relevant resources.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, follow up on administrative matters, and provide assistance with orders, account statuses, and other developments.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information, and maintain an organized filing system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English language skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent ability to listen and communicate effectively, both written and orally.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Professional Ethics: High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Internet Savviness: Ability to perform various internet-related tasks daily.

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) matching.
