Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Support children in various settings, including school, home, and community, to promote their developmental progress.
- Participate in activities such as circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child's skill development.
- Comprehensive training provided, including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and compassionate clinical team.
- Contribute to shaping the skill development and behavioral support systems for children with autism.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism is not required, but a plus.
- Must be able to keep students safe from themselves and others and in some cases may need to implement Safety Care procedures.
- Must be able to remove oneself from potentially harmful situations and in some cases be able to lift a child.
