We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Gersh Autism. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
  • Support children in various settings, including school, home, and community, to promote their developmental progress.
  • Participate in activities such as circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child's skill development.
