Senior Marketing Executive Job Description

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities for our Health System Operating Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales growth goals in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to secure new business and upsell existing customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, clinical guidelines, and new developments in the field to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key sales initiatives and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in medical devices or diagnostics required, preferably 3 years.
  • 8+ years of business experience preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand complex scientific literature and use clinical data as a selling factor.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
