Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented bilingual Client Support Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The Specialist will play a crucial role in guiding clients through the timeshare exit process, ensuring they receive personalized support and timely updates. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to effectively addressing clients' concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their motivations for exiting their timeshare contracts.
  2. Evaluate clients' timeshare agreements, financial circumstances, and legal obligations to formulate customized exit strategies.
  3. Research and analyze applicable laws, regulations, and contractual agreements pertaining to timeshare ownership and termination.
  4. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the exit process, managing expectations and addressing inquiries.
  5. Engage with timeshare developers, management firms, and legal representatives on behalf of clients to negotiate exit options and settlements.
  6. Assist clients in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for timeshare exit, including cancellation letters and legal notices.
  7. Monitor the progress of exit cases, tracking milestones and following up with clients to ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Collaborate with internal team members to facilitate efficient and effective timeshare exits.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case details, and outcomes in the company's database.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their exit cases, including any developments or challenges encountered.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and best practices in timeshare exit services to enhance expertise and service delivery.
  12. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions while adhering to ethical standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in case management, customer service, or legal assistance (note: we are not attorneys).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of timeshare industry practices and regulations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
