Childcare Supervisor

CoxHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Center, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of children.

• Develop and implement engaging programs and curriculum to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
• Collaborate with parents to collect payments and establish positive relationships to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as Accreditation standards.
• Assist with daily operations, including serving and cleanup of meals, laundry, and other duties as assigned.

• At least 9 child-related college hours or Child Development Associates (CDA) certification.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks.
• Effective leadership and time management skills.
• Health Screening and annual clearance from Family Care Safety Registry required.
