Backflow certification is also required when the applicant meets the necessary requirements and vocational training with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. A Virginia Journeyman plumber's license is mandatory.

About the Role
This role involves maintaining plumbing systems in all City-owned buildings. Key responsibilities include routine maintenance, installation of plumbing fixtures, and related components. The technician will work independently, using set procedures to determine how and when tasks are completed.
