Job Title: Custom Applicator/CDL Driver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Custom Applicator/CDL Driver to join our team in Rockford, WA. As a Custom Applicator/CDL Driver, you will be responsible for applying fertilizer and crop protection products to fields, managing your time effectively, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply fertilizer and crop protection products to fields
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance
  • Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met
  • Perform warehouse work, including driving a loader, forklift, and mechanics
  • Lift and load products
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application
  • Must meet minimum age requirement
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to work additional hours, be available for overnight stays, and occasional weekends to meet business demands
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
