Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the MEP/HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering license or PE certification
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
