The Senior Advisor for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security will play a crucial role within the cyber security team, collaborating with various departments to enhance automation in the identity management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated identity provisioning and deprovisioning processes to ensure efficiency and security.
- Formulate and enforce enterprise information security policies, technical standards, and guidelines to support compliance with established regulations.
- Write and deploy code for downstream applications, including integration with identity management systems.
- Design and provision cloud-native infrastructure environments utilizing best practices in identity and cyber security.
- Mentor colleagues and clients, providing expert guidance in identity management solutions.
- Establish monitoring systems, define alerts, and create dashboards for system performance.
- Integrate security protocols into the Software Development Life Cycle for both on-premises and cloud applications.
- Lead the development of risk assessment methodologies tailored to business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop strategies for identifying and responding to emerging network threats.
- Prepare reports that support strategic direction and management decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in systems administration, security, and access management technologies.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python, with a strong preference for PowerShell.
- Experience with Java Frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Identity and Access Management principles.
- Understanding of IT control processes related to risk and compliance.
- Knowledge of security concepts such as SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, LDAP, SSO, ADFS, and Federation.
- Experience in managing full-stack technical solutions and exposure to agile product management.
