Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage project schedules.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and rental equipment.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Act as a liaison between company departments and ensure uniformity in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Center Construction Project Management.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and ensuring project completion on time.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel, and Oracle Primavera.
  • BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
