  • Financial Performance:
  • Internal Control: Establish internal control policies and procedures working with the Finance Office.
  • Spokesperson: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing Cash Connect to clients, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communications with the COO, providing regular updates on company performance.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with the FP&A, Tax Team, Investor Relations, and other senior leaders on all aspects of the Cash Connect functions.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and technology integration within the Cash Connect division to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior management role within cash management or treasury services at a financial institution.
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude: Must have an entrepreneurial attitude towards building a business.
  • Business Growth: Must have a proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams.
  • Technical Experience: Must have demonstrated technical experience with complex cash management processes.
  • Complex Business Entities: Must have proven success managing complex business entities, and proven ability to handle the cash and debt reporting duties.
  • Problem-Solving: Must have demonstrated ability to understand the details behind transactions, understand business processes, and resolve issues at a deep level with the acumen to drive process efficiencies.
