Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Specialist

We are a leader in the pet care industry, driving innovation and advancing pet nutrition. Our Research & Product Development team is passionate about improving pet wellness and safety. As a Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Specialist, you will provide critical regulatory expertise to support the development and launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tactical regulatory expertise to ensure compliance with national pet food regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement regulatory strategies
  • Participate in discussions and communicate compliance information for labeling, nutrition, and regulatory issues
  • Build and utilize knowledge of FDA/USDA/AAFCO regulations and animal nutrition principles to ensure technical accuracy and compliant communication
  • Prepare support documentation and regulatory submissions to FDA and State Feed Control Officials
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Animal Science, or related sciences field
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a related field
  • Prior experience in the pet food industry or related regulatory work is preferred
