Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule deliveries with customers and make phone calls prior to delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare equipment and supplies for delivery by ensuring they are complete and in proper working order.
  • Deliver equipment and supplies to clients' homes and set up equipment according to our policies and manufacturer's instructions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients about our services and billing information.
  • Work autonomously with minimal direction and be accountable for your practice.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous home care and/or delivery experience preferred.
  • One to two years of recent general work experience required.
  • Ability to work with patients and families with diverse opinions, values, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Current motor vehicle driving license and ability to travel to clients' residences required.
