Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Use product knowledge and technology to guide customers and make recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockroom.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
  • Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience.
  • Comfortable with the use of technology.
