Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual receptionist to provide exceptional support to our staff in our Northampton and Greenfield offices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and screen clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
  • Interpret and translate for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring accurate communication and understanding
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality support and services to our clients
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred
