Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Quality and Clinical Performance to join our team at Denver Health. This individual will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality and clinical performance initiatives, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality and clinical performance strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality and clinical performance initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality and clinical performance metrics and reports
  • Provide training and education to staff on quality and clinical performance best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in a quality and clinical performance leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of quality and clinical performance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
