Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to assist in various functions of the marketing department. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting the Tour Reception, Administration, and Marketing Managers.

Responsibilities include making confirmation calls for all scheduled tours; hosting In-House Party Weekend Events; assisting Administration with daily data entry; and aiding managers with supply orders, new hire documentation, and reviewing weekly payroll.

Candidates must be flexible with their working hours, which may include split days off, split shifts, and availability on weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confirmation calls in the morning for all scheduled tours.
  • Host party weekends, including attending receptions, dinners, and luncheons.
  • Review weekly payroll and assist with administrative data entry.
  • Manage new hire documentation, ensuring all marketers are properly licensed and uniforms are issued.
Minimum Qualifications:

a) Education - High School diploma or equivalent, with one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in sales, administration, customer service, or management.

b) Training requirements - Must successfully complete a background and drug test. Must pass typing, Excel, and math assessments.

c) Knowledge and skills - Must pass standardized testing in consumer finance. Proficiency in computer usage is essential. Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.

d) Job experience - Strong customer service skills and a minimum of two years of accounting experience. Marketing/Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation
During the initial training phase, the hourly wage is $18.00 plus commissions and bonuses. Following the training period, compensation will be the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
