HCA Florida Northside Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Med Surg to join our team. As a member of our medical telemetry unit, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse RN Med Surg, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of patients in our medical telemetry unit. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will be essential in providing education and support to patients and their families, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of multiple patients. A current Florida Registered Nurse licensure and American Heart Association BLS certification are required. ACLS certification is also preferred.Benefits
