Job Title: Shoes Call Center Representative

At TEKsystems, we're seeking a skilled Shoes Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for creating orders for customers, contacting retail locations to help resolve order issues, and educating customers on our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create orders for customers and ensure timely delivery
  • Contact retail locations to resolve order issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Educate customers on our products, including cowboy boots and their features
  • Provide guidance on product maintenance and care
  • Switch from email communication to phone-based support
Qualifications:
  • Customer support experience, preferably in the shoe or boot industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
