Position Overview
  • Oversee the recruitment, assessment, professional growth, and retention of a team of up to fifteen (15) hourly employees.
  • Track performance metrics and compile monthly reports for the Technical Services Manager to highlight trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure the precision of reporting utilized for managing client ticket submissions for IT Asset Management teams, while maintaining a timely customer request queue in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Commit to ongoing improvement, focusing on identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and guiding the team to achieve these objectives.
  • Willingness to travel between various work locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly employee timecards to guarantee accuracy, including approvals for payroll periods.
  • Establish and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the Technical Services Manager.
  • Lead the development and oversee the implementation of standards and operational processes for the IT Asset Management teams.
  • Ensure the team accurately tracks and conducts bi-weekly inventory assessments of all client assets.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client meetings, strategizing with the team to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate daily with the internal sales team to identify evolving client needs and approve new provisioning requests.
  • Manage asset-related risks and issues that may impact client requirements and end-user productivity.
  • Work alongside the Technical Services Manager to evaluate, monitor, and manage staffing requirements to ensure effective workforce management.
  • Serve as the main escalation point for issues affecting process efficiency and collaborate with cross-department teams for resolution.
  • Ensure that the IT Asset Management teams engage positively with vendors, customers, and team members, aligning with the company's core values.
  • Participate in quarterly leadership meetings, contributing to company initiatives and deliverables.
  • Promote excellence in Health and Safety programs, fostering a culture of safety by mitigating hazards and risks whenever feasible.
  • Engage with vendors, customers, and team members positively, aligning with the company's core values.
  • Drive organizational excellence, ensuring a workplace culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by embodying the company's vision and core values.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a management position, with direct supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, including planning and execution.
  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or Customer Relations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • 1+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving; international shipping experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience with Netsuite or relevant SaaS platforms is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs regularly.
