About the Position: As a Role Player for Opposing Forces, you will contribute to a dedicated team that supports U.S. Army training exercises. Your role involves crafting authentic scenarios that prepare military personnel for real-life challenges. This part-time opportunity at JBMDL is ideal for individuals who can effectively adapt to various situations and respond to trainees' actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in firearms training, including Rifle, Pistol, Blanks, and Dye-Marking Cartridges.
- Interact with trainees at appropriate intensity levels, modifying responses based on their performance.
- Comprehend and implement exercise mechanics and procedures.
- Execute tasks in demanding environments without modern conveniences.
- Participate in urban and mounted operations, as well as simulated combat scenarios.
- Portray diverse characters in military training exercises.
- Ensure weapons are maintained to required standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Good physical health.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Previous experience with military-grade firearms.
- Legal eligibility to possess firearms.
- Clear background check.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate in various environmental conditions.
