Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Operations Specialist. This position is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of projects, pilot programs, and initiatives, both internally and externally, while adhering to established operational guidelines. The Operations Specialist will engage in various functions, including data management, metrics reporting, team facilitation, and process enhancement. Although primarily focused on internal operations, this role may involve direct communication with clients, customers, or trade allies.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and techniques.
Salary range: $44,000 - $66,300.
